Carrie Davenport, Ph.D., is a leading expert in early childhood development and in supporting children who are deaf or hard-of-hearing and their families. With extensive experience working alongside families and professionals, her work focuses on how strong partnerships and support systems shape children’s language and developmental outcomes. She has served on influential boards, co-founded statewide family organizations, published widely in leading journals, and founded Building Bridges Consulting, LLC to strengthen collaboration across disciplines and improve outcomes for children and their families.
